General Expectations

• Leads are responsible for coordination of activities within their area

• Formation of committees to assist with the activities is encouraged and will make Lead positions easier!

• Initial set up will require more time, but once established should be

• Once a month check ins with Volunteer Corp Lead Team and C2 Makerspace Director

• Keep records of work in your area and encourage succesion planning

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for pod

• Develop and coordinate training, assessment and tracking for pod

• Develop and maintain safety guidelines and training for pod

• Lead or coordinate coverage for pod activities
